
This information webinar on European Research Council (ERC) Advanced Grants 2022 call for proposals is organised by the National Contact Points (NCPs) for ERC in Belgium (NCP-FNRS and NCP Flanders) to inform potential applicants and host institutions. It is also aimed at researchers who are considering applying in the future.
The ERC Advanced Grant call 2022 is expected to open in January (opening date: 20/01/2022) with a deadline on 28 April 2022 (tentative dates). The call will be open to established, leading researchers of any nationality and from any field of research (bottom-up approach), with a track-record of significant research achievements in the last 10 years. There is no minimum or maximum age limit. The amount of the grant is up to € 2.5 million for 5 years (or up to €3.5 million in specific cases). More information on ERC Advanced Grants. During this information webinar, the modalities of the call for proposals and tips and tricks for writing the proposal will be presented by an ERC Executive Agency staff member and complemented by testimonies of both evaluators and grantees coming from all main domains (Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH), Physical Sciences and Engineering (PE) and Life Sciences (LS)). Time is foreseen for any question you might have.
Participation to this webinar is free and open to any researcher wishing to apply with a Belgian host institution and any staff member of a Belgian host institution. Registration is mandatory. You have the possibility to write any question you might have at this stage in the registration form.
